In early January 2024, the government of Saskatchewan started taking applications for the new Secondary Suite Incentive Grant Program. This program offers to cover 35% of the costs for building a new secondary suite in a homeowner's main residence, with a maximum grant of $35,000 for each eligible property.

Longyu-BLZ Construction Inc. has implemented high teck naked-eye VR rendering equipment, providing customers with an immersive preview of their future homes. This technology allows customers to explore virtual showrooms and gain a realistic understanding of the finished product. Upon completion of the renderings, we provide customers with a QR code for convenient, on-demand access to the virtual representations from any location!
